What will I get in my downloads? What are Zendesk® Guide Help Center Templates?
You will download a zip file which contains:
- templates (for different type of pages -- html + curlybar templating language)
- CSS files
- JavaScript files
- Assets files (default icons, images, etc.)
- License file
How do I receive my theme?
As soon as you complete purchase on our website(s), you will get an email containing link of downloadable file. You can also always sign in your account in our website(s) to download the version of your theme purchased.
Are your Zendesk Themes SEO-Friendly?
Yes, we have made our best effort to make themes SEO friendly by using semantic markup, and valid standard code. However, there’s always more to improve because content is the king when it comes to search-engines, and user-engagement.
Do you offer a free trial for your Themes?
We will love to offer a trial before purchase; unfortunately there are some limitations in the technology and platform we use. Hopefully, in future we might have something that allows you to try before you make decision to purchase.
You can always look at live demos (themes running on a live help-center) to get a feel of how stock theme looks and works on all pages.
We are happy to give you tour (over a screen-sharing session) of premium theme settings (which admins get to see and change), features, and functionality in detail; we can also answer all your questions. Please feel free to let us know if you want to schedule a call for that.
Do you have tutorials for integrating, configuring and customizing the theme in our Zendesk® Guide Help Center?
We have a basic set of documentation to help you install, configure basic settings, and do minor customizations. Please have a look at general documentation. Please feel free to reach out to us for any questions you have, we are happy to answer and help in any way we can.
Can I add videos to the theme?
Zendesk® Guide allows you to embed images, videos (hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) in your articles. You can learn more from the support article by Zendesk.
Do the theme support non-English (or multiple languages, locales) characters?
Our themes will respect your Zendesk Guide multiple language settings, and let user switch languages and see content in selected languages.
As far as static text, such as search placeholder text, or other text needed for headings in various area, we provide a way for you to use Dynamic Content (placeholders) via theme settings.
If your Zendesk subscription doesn't include Dynamic Content, you can always put in changes in template files directly.
Are your Zendesk® Guide Help Center Templates (themes) mobile responsive?
Yes all of our Zendesk® Guide Help Center themes have been tested to be responsive on wide array of devices (desktop, tables, mobile).
What is the difference between the $99 and $299 options?
USD 99:
Most of our themes cost USD 99. You get a perpetual license of the premium theme version for one site(help-center or or brand). You will be able to download all minor updates for the version you purchase.
USD 299 or 399:
You get a perpetual license of the premium theme version for one site(help-center or or brand); and also installation and basic branding (only changing settings from theme -- no code changes, layout, etc.) service.
The basic branding service includes changing colors, icons (you need to provide files or let us know your choices from fontawesome.com), images (you need to provide us), replacing links in header/footer using links you provide, etc.
The basic branding is something you can do on your own, we have made our themes in a way you can change settings via UI in Guide Admin. We only provide branding services for companies who prefer us doing that.
Once we get the files for the theme, are we able to update and alter the theme code ourselves? Or do we need to get you to do that for us?
The theme downloadable contains complete source of the theme, if you have skills (html, css, javascript, zendesk guide templating), you can do whatever you want.
If I lose my theme files, is there a way to retrieve that?
Yes. You can download the file from your account section on our website. Or you can always reach out to us with purchase details, and we will send you the files once again.
What happens if the purchased theme does not work well?
We make sure we test our themes in all 'A' grade browsers (mobile, desktop, tablet), and major operating systems; however, there might still be some internmittent issues, and if you find one please reach out to us and we will fix it for you. We will actually be grateful if you let us know of such issues.
Will our help-center face any down-time during theme installation and configuration process?
No, the help-center will not have any down-time. Zendesk Guide Theming Workbench makes it easy to work on new theme(s) without affecting the currently live theme. You can install, configure, customize and preview new theme before you make it live for your end-users.
You can imagine that there is a staging area where you can do all this.
That said, if you make any changes to your Zendesk Guide content (categories/sections/articles), then it appears in all themes -- live or not; hence we recommend that if you are planning to add new or restructure categories/sections for an upcoming new version of help-center, you keep those as draft or limit visiblity to admin/agent/staff. Once your new help-center theme is ready, you can make all content visible or do moving of artiles from old to new categories/sections.
Will your theme affect the way the support team works with the system or the way the customers create tickets or work with the tool?
No, we just provide themes, and neither Zendesk®'s workflow nor the way users/customers work is affected.
Is there a chance to lose data (articles, categories, sections)?
No. Themes are a way to present your Zendesk Guide in different ways to your users. Themes don't change or cause any data loss in Zendesk Guide. Zendesk uses theme files to render pages for help-center, and fills the content from Zendesk Guide.
I downloaded a theme and tried it out and realized I may need some additional help? Do you charges if I ask?
We are happy to guide you on how to make changes. If you need our help, we can estimate the cost, share with you, and if you approve that we can go ahead and make changes.
Do you offer free support or do I have to purchase a support plan?
We offer a 90 days free technical support to cover any issues you have found in our theme. If you want to know about configuring and customizing themes, we are happy to answer your questions, or point you in right directions. Please feel free to reach out -- even after those 90 days.
Can I use your theme for multiple Zendesk® help-centers or brands?
Each site or brand (if you have multi-brand help-center) requires a separate theme license (or purchase). If you have many sites/brands (5+), you can reach out to us and we might offer a discount.
Can I install the theme myself?
Yes, the installation is five minutes process, please take a look at our support article.
How customizable are these free/premium themes? Can I change the colors, fonts, images, banners, links, etc?
Yes, you can change colors, icons, images, fonts, links in header/footer, social media links, article settings, etc.
Our themes expose a lot of settings which you can change from Theme Preview area in Zendesk Guide Admin. You can always edit theme code for advanced customization.

How long does it take to install Diziana Theme?

Generally, it takes 7-10 working days (excluding time lost waiting for information or feedback from you) after the specification (based on your inputs and our research) has been defined, and project start date has been confirmed.
