Where can I download my purchased theme?
Once you have purchase the theme, you get an email with link of downloadable theme file (zip). You can also sign in our website (where you purchased theme from), and download purchased version of theme.
Where do I host my Zendesk Theme?
You don't need your own hosting. Zendesk® Guide allows you to import custom themes, and use those. However, you need to check if your Zendesk Guide Subscription allows custom themes.
What would you need from us before you start doing Branding/BYOD?
We would need access to your Zendesk® Guide Help Center so we can modify/update theme. If there is anything else we might need, our team would work with you to sort out.
What would the timeline for the branding of theme would be?
We would complete the integration and your Zendesk® Guide Help Center branding within 7 business days.
When the user logs in to view their open tickets – will this layout and look change at all?
No layout remains the same but its look (text color, fonts etc) will be consistent with overall theme style.
When the user creates a ticket – are any fields changed or the look updated?
No. The fields will be same but the look (color, fonts, text box size and shape etc) of the request page will be consistent with overall theme style.
We are not currently using the community function but are looking to add this in the near-future. Will the CSS update this looks as well?
The theme comes with all community templates, if you choose to use community later you don't have to do anything; the look and feel of community pages will be consistent with rest of help-center pages.
